Standard Shipping - $10
Free Shipping applies to orders over $100 unless a free shipping promotion is currently running.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched. The vast majority of orders are received within 2-3 weeks and tracking information can be provided on request. Please allow up to approximately 6 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact us at: boutiquebelleandbeau@gmail.com

Note:
1. Delivery times do not include any customs processing times for international orders.
2. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import duties or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
3. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. We will not be held responsible for any delivery which is delayed or not received in time for an event, even where express shipping option has been selected.

5. Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents. Please contact us at boutiquebelleandbeau@gmail.com immediately on receipt of your order if there are any issues as refunds cannot be issued after 30 days.
6. All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
