Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA.


Why do shipping times vary?

In order to keep our prices so low, our warehouses are located overseas. We have multiple warehouses, so depending on where your order is shipping from, the delivery time can vary. 99% of orders are received with 2-3 weeks but occasionally orders can be delayed due to issues outside of our hands eg. customs, public holidays and other busy times of the year - this is why we request that you allow 6 weeks for delivery. If you haven't received all your orders after 6 weeks, please email us on so we can look in to that for you.


Will I be charged import duties/taxes for my order?

Your order will be dispatched from our overseas warehouses. Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import duties or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.


I need my order urgently, are there express shipping options available?

We can arrange express shipping on request for the majority of products. If you require your order urgently, please email us at and we will do our very best to assist you. Express deliveries are usually received in 1-2 weeks.


I ordered two items and only one has arrived?

Depending on what you have ordered, your items may be coming from separate warehouses and will therefore be shipped individually. Don't worry, we don't charge any extra for shipping. If you haven't received all your orders after 6 weeks, please email us at so we can look in to that for you.


Can I return my items for a refund?

If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at so we can resolve your problem. We accept returns for items which are defective/damaged, incorrect or not as described within 30 days. We do not accept change of mind returns. Items must be unused/unworn and returned in their original packaging. Can I exchange my items?
